A passion for cold forging is carving
out new horizons in plastic processing.
Cold forging results in higher precision, greater strength,
and smoother surface finishes than other production techniques,
and simplifies the subsequent production processes. Since metal
materials are compressed in a mold at room temperature, parts
are formed using the same techniques as in plastic processing.
Cold forging is thus quite advantageous. Enhanced yields, precision,
wear resistance, and quality can be achieved, as well as significant
reductions in cost. We have worked hard to achieve greater precision
by streamlining processes and raising quality in the mass production
of gears with outer diameters of 80 mm or less, CV joints produced
by full enclosed die forging, and complex shapes such as the
longitudinal bore spline configuration. Examples of product groups
include auto parts, building fixture parts, agricultural equipment
parts, and hydraulic equipment parts.
